In January 2025, AI tools such as Douyin's "Doubao" and Alibaba's "Qwen", combined with Inly Media's self-developed AI product, were integrated for use by all employees. In February, Inly Media promptly completed the local deployment of Deepseek.  Inly Media's domestic business revenue target of reaching RMB 10 billion is progressing in an orderly manner, while Inly International's "globalization" objective is also gathering pace.

2024

In 2024, Inly Media once again secured a spot on the dual lists of "Beijing Top 100 Private Enterprises" and "Beijing Top 100 Cultural Industry Private Enterprises" with comprehensive breakthroughs in its innovative ventures, encompassing AI, short videos, and overseas expansion. It successfully maintained its position as a top-tier ecosystem service provider for platforms such as Alibaba and Douyin, while also being honored as a core partner of Xiaohongshu and Huawei. Additionally, Inly Media obtained dual licenses as a TikTok Global TAP and TSP partner and has subsequently established branches in both the UK and the US.

2023



The Company embraced AI technology in an all-round way, and built the Industry AIGC Large Model Joint Laboratory with Langboat Technology Co., Ltd..


2022



The Company become the top service provider of platforms such as Bytedance and Alibaba, and achieved upgrading from branding marketing to full marketing service.

Hong Kong branch office was established to deploy cross-border e-commerce and overseas marketing.


2021



The Company completed the building of all-field marketing across all media platforms, such as brand marketing, effect marketing, social networking, and e-commerce marketing. 

The number of clients exceeded 1,000, among which there are over 300 new consumer enterprises, such as Perfect Diary, Florasis, Voolga, Bear Electric Appliance, Giant Biogene, Zhuben, Wang Baobao, Ubras, Ulike, Moody and so on.


2020



The Company founded the Magnetic MCN Organization to develop livestream e-commerce, and established the Content E-commerce Base in Hangzhou to focus on the short video production and influencer marketing.

The business revenue exceeded 5.5 billion RMB with Bytedance accounting for over 50%.

To respond to the national policy, the Company adjusted its development strategy and pace. The marketing and media industry hit its low.


2017



The Company acquired Zhuhai Storm Media and Shanghai Zhiqu Culture to strengthen content marketing and APP commercialization. It has achieved leapfrog development through extension growth.




2016



The Company cooperated with iQiyi, Youku, Tencent Video, Zhejiang TV, Jiangsu TV, Beijing TV and other media platforms to jointly produce I Can See Your Voice, Up! Poetry, The New Collection of Forbidden City and many other variety shows.

The number of its clients exceeded 500. JD.com, Vipshop, Pinduoduo, Poizon, Liepin Hiring, VIPKID, Mogujie and other online service clients contribute most to the Company's revenue.



2015



The Company was officially listed on the main market of Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: SH.603598) in 2015.05.27.

The Company reformed its business model and developed content marketing. It invested in many program production companies such as Xingchi Media and Hwachain Culture, and produced many great variety shows such as Top Gun.

The business revenue reached nearly 2 billion RMB.


2014



The Company announced joint strategic cooperation with Cheil Worldwide, the largest advertising corporation in South Korea. They aimed to jointly set up companies in China, South Korea and Southeast Asian markets. Inly Media started to push forward its international strategic development.



2013



Tianjin Jiuhe Culture Media Co., Ltd. was established.

The Company has cooperated with nearly 100 variety shows, films and TV dramas such as Avenue of Stars, China Dream Show, Where Are We Going, Dad? and etc. It has also invested in its first TV series called Old Farmer, and attempted to expand its services in the industry of film and TV production. The Company has grown into the largest content marketing company in China.




2012



The Company passed the IPO review of the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau, and formally submitted the IPO application materials to the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The Company moved to Beijing National Advertising Industrial Park and became a major enterprise supported by the State Administration for Market Supervision and the Beijing Municipal Government. 

The Company developed into a leading integrated marketing agency in China.




2011



Hunan branch office was established. The building of a service network in six cities across the country was completed, fully covering regions with well-developed markets and media network.

The Company completed the transformation of its shareholding system and officially changed its name into Inly Media Co., Ltd.in 2011.12.31.

The Company cooperated with nine TV stations across the country, such as SDTV-2, to establish the National Cooperation of Strong Provincial TV Stations (Nine Cooperation Organization), empowering enterprises to develop regional markets.


2010



Shanghai branch office was established.

The Company has built up a leading brand publicity evaluation system in China, covering market research, consumer insights, and media monitoring database.

We have more than 300 clients, including nearly 100 clients in food and beverage industry such as Mengniu Dairy, Nongfu Spring, Yangyuan ZhiHui Beverage, Sanquan Food, and Jiajia Food Group.


2009



Guangdong branch office was established.

2008



The Company established Beijing Jiuhe Interactive Culture Communication Co., Ltd.

It has more than 100 clients, including over 50 pharmaceutical companies such as Xiuzheng Pharmaceutical Group, Xinhua Pharmaceutical, Yabao Pharmaceutical Group, Zhuzhou Qianjin Pharmaceutical, Shiyao Pharmaceutical, Rongchang Pharmaceutical, Simcere Pharmaceutical and etc.

The Company has more than 500 media partners in five major media platforms: TV programs, newspaper, outdoor marketing, radio and network.



2007



The Company held summits on network marketing and sports marketing to empower the marketing of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

It jointly developed the network marketing of enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry and regional businesses with Sina Corporation, Sohu, and Netease.


2006



The Company won the brand marketing cases of Ford, Focus, Syrutra milk powder. It obtained the first-class qualification of national comprehensive advertising enterprise and its business revenue exceeded 300 million RMB.
